Enable the Self-Serve Toggle switch if not already enabled. Mobile Phone Number: The mobile phone number will show a green mobile icon if was imported from Active Directory or Office 365. If it was missing from the directory source then you can enter an email manually by clicking the black (missing) or red (incorrectly formatted) envelope icon and typing the email address and clicking Save.Ĥ.
